Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for returns, you must have:
• started your return within 15 days of purchase
• provided proof of purchase
• ensured your item is unused and in its original packaging
• purchased the product at full price (sale items will not be accepted for returns)
Store Credit
Once your item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of receipt and whether you have been approved for store credit.
If you are approved, your store credit will be issued to you for a future purpose. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit.
Late or Missing Credits
If you have not received your credit email yet, please reach out to customer service at support@eapinnovations.com.
Exchanges
If your item was delivered damaged or defective, we will replace it for you. Reach out at support@eapinnovations.com and send your item to: EAP Innovations, 402 E Main ST Ste 100, Mount Pleasant, PA 15666-1798.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: EAP Innovations, 402 E Main ST Ste 100, Mount Pleasant, PA 15666-1798.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
