We offer free shipping for all orders with a physical address. At this time, we cannot use P.O. boxes for free shipping. If free shipping is selected and the address is found to be for a P.O. box, your order will be canceled.

Please note the following FedEx delivery requirements: A signature IS NOT required for residential deliveries. A signature IS required for deliveries to apartment complexes and commercial addresses. If you are not available to sign and FedEx has already attempted delivery, you have a few options. You can either sign the yellow slip the driver leaves on your door telling him to leave the package at the manager's office or with a neighbor who can sign, or you can call FedEx with your tracking # and give them authorization to deliver to another address.

We offer a myriad of upgraded shipping options through both Fedex and UPS. Please see our shipping at checkout for prices and most recent delivery estimates.

Porch Pirates are becoming a serious problem.  Once the packages leave our facility, we are no longer liable for missing packages.  In addition, the carriers will no longer take responsibiltity for missing packages.  We STRONGLY recommend that you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS MyChoice.  These are free services, offered by the carriers, that alert you to expected deliveries and even give you the option to make adjustments to ensure you are home when they arrive. We will not replace or refund orders that are delivered but stolen.

We do ship to APO addresses through Fedex Smart Post®. Please allow 14 - 18 days for delivery.
